This morning's delicious experiment was chia seed pudding from the Conscious Cleanse book. SO tasty! It has some agave syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, and homemade almond milk. Yum! I think next time I'll either use a little less milk so that it's thicker, or a few more chia seeds. Not as filling as oatmeal, but very tasty. They do have kind of a weird aftertaste, but I don't mind too much since it was such a tasty breakfast :) Plus it's easy to make, just mix everything up and wait 20 minutes while it gels. I was busy drinking my lemon water so the wait was fine :)
