I made the best cashew butter last night at almost midnight. I think I put a little too much coconut oil though because I refrigerated it and it was hard as a rock this morning

  1. Aww nuts! (no pun intended). I wasn't crazy about my homemade almond butter either, it was like powdery fine and never turned creamy the way she said it would. I'm tempted to try again without soaking. And also to try fewer nuts in my processor.
