Same idea as the veggie collard wraps, but I left out the tahini dipping sauce and added ground bison, yum! I even ate raw zucchini!! I cut it into matchsticks, drizzled olive oil over it and added some chopped basil. So so tasty. I took my dinner with me over to Addie's and even Evelyn and Addie liked them too! Oh and I used Swiss chard instead of collards. I got it beautiful and fresh from the farmers market. And one of my other toppings was wilted kale. I was proud that I had the inspiration and creativity to come up with that for dinner instead of the same old salad with meat!
